The Ranch House and Bradford swimming pools are available for rental by the public on Friday and Saturday nights from 7:00 p.m.-10:00 and the Community Center Pool from 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. after Memorial Day (Monday, May 31st) until individual pool closings.  Dates of availability vary with programming of other groups.  A minimum of three lifeguards will be provided for the duration of the party. Depending on the size of the party, the District may require additional lifeguards to be on duty.  There will be no additional charge for this increase in staff.  Half the rental fee and a damage deposit fee is due at the time of reservation to guarantee the date and time.  All District pool rules and regulations must be followed at all times by the members of the party.  Absolutely no alcohol is allowed in the pool area at any time. Cancellation Policy for all Pools :  If the event is canceled with at least three weeks prior notice, the entire deposit is refundable.  If cancellation is made with less than three weeks notice, the entire deposit is forfeited.  In case of inclement weather and the staff closes the pool, the entire deposit is refunded.
