KCRMA DUES
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We offer several methods to pay your dues:
Automated Clearing House (ACH) Collection Service: Your assessment is automatically debited from your checking account the fifth of each month. If you wish to use this service, please complete the form in the front of your coupon book or click here for the form and either mail or hand deliver it with a voided check to our offices in the Ranch House. Completed ACH forms received by the 20th of the month will allow for withdrawal on the 5th of the next month.
E-Check: You may pay using “e-check”, a self initiated one time or recurring debit from your checking account at no cost to you. Please provide your bank service with the mailing address. All payments should be sent to:

Internet: You may click here to go to our Bank SmartStreet to pay your dues via their web site.
Coupon payments: Please complete your check and enclose it along with the coupon or coupons for the months you are paying to:

Payments can also be dropped off in our office, but the processing center is our preferred destination. Assessment checks are processed utilizing a check scanner turning your check into an electronic check transaction. Please mail all payments by the 1st of each month.
Credit Card: MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted (please note there is a $9.95 service charge for each transaction.) You may want to use this option for the full year payment.
