Tennis Anyone?
Welcome to the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District Tennis Program. The Ranch is home to one of the top programs in the State. KCRMD was voted "Organization of the Year" for 1997 by the Colorado Tennis Association and "Intermountain Section Organization of the Year" for 1998 by the United States Tennis Association. 2004, 2005 USTA/NRPA Tennis in the Park Grantee, 2004 USTA National Adopt-a-Court Award Recipient and 2006 Outstanding Facility Award Recipient. The District strives to bring you the most pleasant, competitive and economical programs.
Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District has been officially designated a Tennis Welcome Center, joining more than 3,000 facilities across the country that offer participants an easy opportunity to learn to play the game through an affordable, introductory program.

Fall Indoor Junior Tennis League
11 to 14 years of age
Comp 2 – Comp 4
Limit 24 participants
Begins Sept. 24, ends Oct. 22
Must be available to play a one hour match between 4 and 7pm on Fridays at the CC inside.
Deadline September 16.
Schedules will be available on September 20
Participants will be divided according to age and ability.

Ken-Caryl Ranch Tennis Challenge Ladder
Registration for the Ken-Caryl Ranch Tennis Challenge Ladder is underway.
The ladders begin October 15. You can join a ladder and start playing matches at any time.
The Ken-Caryl Ranch Tennis Challenge Ladders are the most flexible form of tennis competition available. You play whenever, wherever, and with whom you wish. You determine how often you play.
Three ladders are available: Men’s Singles
Women’s Singles
Women’s Doubles
The ladders are for adults of any age whose tennis abilities are between NTRP of 2.5 and 5.0. You must register for doubles with a partner.
A ladder is a fantastic way to meet more tennis players, play more tennis and develop your game.
There is no charge for the ladder.

The Community Center

The six outdoor courts (all lighted) may be reserved three days in advance. There is no charge for the use of these courts for residents unless you bring a guest, at which time there is a $5.00 guest fee that includes use of the swimming pool. Non-residents are welcome to use the facility for the daily drop in fee of $7.00 (inludes tennis and pool use).

The ten outdoor (7 lighted) may be reserved three days in advance. There is no charge for the use of these courts by KCR residents unless a resident brings in a guest, at which time there is a $5.00 guest fee. Non-residents are welcome to use the facility for the daily drop in fee of $12 (includes tennis and pool use).

Bradford Park:
6 Killdeer Lane, Littleton, CO 80127
Outdoor courts may be reserved by residents only by visiting the facility. The reservation sheets are posted in June, July, and August on the outside of the pool building. Bradford has two outdoor handicapped accessible non-lighted courts.
Ball Machine: Summer Usage Card: $120/single $240/family $10/per use.
Unlimited rental of Community Center Ball Machine is for outside Court 2 only. Individuals must pay indoor court fee to use ball machine inside.
Indoor Tennis: Indoor courts may be reserved one week in advance by calling 303-979-2233. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy which states: "If you decide to cancel a court it must be done 24 hours prior to when the court is reserved or court fees will be charged. If you make a reservation less than 24 hours in advance, it cannot be canceled and court fees are due regardless."
Winter court fees are as follows:
$24/hour for Ken-Caryl residents
$32/hour for Non Ken-Caryl residents
$10/hour drop in (same day reservation) for juniors
Permanent Court Time: If you are interested in purchasing indoor court time on a permanent basis for the entire winter season, please contact Judy at 303-979-2233 for available times.
KCR Indoor Leagues: These doubles leagues run for seven weeks and are offered at the 2.5 to 4.0 level for both men and women. Players sign up individually at their current NTRP level. A round robin format is used so that each player has an opportunity to play with everyone. These leagues do not affect your NTRP rating.
Private Tennis Lessons: Private lessons may be arranged by contacting Leslie Davis, John VanHandel, or Mark Chomko directly at 303-979-2233.
Fees: $52/hour for Ken-Caryl resident and $56/hour for Non Ken-Caryl resident.
$29/1/2 hour for Ken-Caryl resident and $31/1/2 hour for Non Ken-Caryl resident.
Semi Private Tennis Lessons: (Two people at the same level) Semi private lessons may be arranged by contacting Leslie Davis, John VanHandel, or Mark Chomko directly at 303-979-2233.
Fees: $29/hour/person for Ken-Caryl resident and $31/hour/person for Non Ken-Caryl resident.
