Ken-Caryl Ranch History

Present day Ken-Caryl Ranch consists of the Master Association formed in 1978 and the Metropolitan District created in 1988. These Boards are elected at-large by the residents. The Master Association consists of several resident committees that help guide the business of the Ranch. In addition, the Ken-Caryl Ranch Foundation is a public non-profit charitable organization created to help better the lives of those living in Ken-Caryl. Ken-Caryl Ranch is "True Colorado Living!"

Attention Ken-Caryl Area Community Groups
Non-profit groups serving the Ken-Caryl Ranch Community are encouraged to provide a brief one-paragraph description of their purpose and contact information to be included in a designated section of the newcomer packets that are provided to new residents by the Master Association. Members of the Master Association may call Rita Saunders at 303-979-1876, ext. 113 to make arrangements for inclusion of their group information.
