KCR Boards to Hear Trails Master
Plan Proposal
The Architerra Group, hired by the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association Board to develop a trails master plan for the community, will be presenting their report and recommendations at a joint study session of the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association and the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District Boards on July 7, 2009, 6 p.m. at the Ranch House. Pool Hours
The Ranch House, Community Center and Bradford Pools will be open on Saturday, July 4th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  The Ranch House Pool will have The Jim Hyatt Band playing music from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.  Come join the fun!

Special Services Available
Additional Trash Pick Up
Residents are reminded that there is a limit on how much trash will be picked up by Waste Management from each residence on a weekly basis. The agreement between the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association and Waste Management states that Association members can place any combination of up to 10 trash bags or cans at the curb for weekly pickup. In addition, residents can dispose of up to six bags or bundles of yard waste-up to 40 pounds per container or bundle-on the designated trash day Monday through Friday. Loose branches must be tied in bundles, 12 inches in diameter, and no more than four feet in length.

e911: Register Your Cell Phone or VOIP
As of March 5, 2009, Jefferson and Broomfield County residents and businesses can register their mobile phone numbers or VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone numbers to receive emergency notifications. “Land line” phones are automatically included in the e911 database for each emergency agency.
